Toronto's 10 Most Expensive MLS Listings Right Now

View as Map

Today we're featuring the ten highest-priced MLS listings found in or around Toronto. They aren't necessarily the most expensive properties on the entire market, since at least two mega-million-dollar homes are hitting the auction block at the end of this month, but these aren't starter homes or fixer-uppers by a long shot. 71 The Bridle Path leads the list, as it did the last time we checked the MLS back in October (maybe it would sell if they'd actually finish it). Which of these luxury pads would you pick, if you had $12M-$20M or so to spare?

71 The Bridle Path

This $26M Bridle Path mansion has been on MLS since last year. Maybe if they added more photos to the listing it would pull in more prospects. Oh wait, they can't; it's still under construction.

24/26 OLD FOREST HILL RD

Still listed at $18M (a hefty drop from its original $25M price), industrialist Peter Munk's Forest Hill mansion hasn't moved since it hit the market in 2012.

5 Hawthorn Gardens

Curbed wrote about this Rosedale house in January. The spectacular Arts & Crafts showplace is owned by art dealer Ydessa Hendeles, who's presumably selling up in order to move to her new $27M suite in New York's Dakota co-op.

5 PARK LANE CIRCLE

Another massive Bridle Path house, 5 Park Lane Circle has fancy gold-leaf crown mouldings and gold hardware, because gold is classy. Fantastic pool; too bad the pool furniture looks like it's from prestigious home decor specialists Mart du Wal.

37 THE BRIDLE PATH

This house was described by its selling agent as "ideally suited to the jet-set buyer." It has four bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a pretty spectacular pool. No airplane hangar, though.

14 THE BRIDLE PATH

This house on "Millionaire's Row" has a big red film-screening room to give guests that cozy feeling of being inside a mouth. It's also got a crazy double-spiral staircase, for grand entrances.

#2402 - 50 YORKVILLE AVE

This $13M condo at the Four Seasons Private Residences has a terrace that runs around the perimeter of the unit, his-and-hers ensuite bathrooms, and a private elevator. It's not the penthouse, but it's pretty posh anyway.

28 PARK LANE CIRC

This amazing Bridle Path home doesn't go for the faux-château look that most of its neighbours seem to prefer; instead, this has more of a rambling, Prairie-School style to it, with amazing landscaping that gives it a Southwestern feel. Fantastic pool and deck, too.

#Ph 1 - 80 YORKVILLE AVE

This 5,600 sq. ft. Yorkville penthouse was designed by builder Paul Miklas, who named it "Skymede". Is naming condos a thing now? What does "Skymede" even mean?

#Ph - 206 BLOOR ST W

And finally, number 10 on our list; the penthouse suite at the Museum House condo on Bloor Street, right across from the ROM. It has a swirly spiral staircase and two terraces.
