At $26M, this is the top dog in Toronto's luxury Bridal Path neighbourhood. 71 The Bridal Path is a 24,000 square foot mansion with five bedroom, 15 bathrooms, two elevators, tennis courts and a Scarlet O'Hara staircase. The catch? Seems like the property is still under renovations and owner has to finish it themselves.

The owner of the next house listed for $18M in Old Forest Hill is Peter Munk, Canadian philanthropist and founder of the world's largest gold-mining corporation. Originally priced at $25M last year, the four bedroom, six bathroom house had seen a significant price drop. It's 5,000 square feet with elevators, fitness room, and separate staff living quarters.

If you're looking for luxury in Mississauga, this next 12,500 square foot property might peak your interest. Asking $14.888M, the five bedroom house with eight bathrooms is equipped with a home theatre, a golf room, and a "hobby" room, whatever that means exactly. The garage accommodates parking for 12 to 14 vehicles.

119 Burgundy Drive, Oakville

Coming in at number nine of our list is a custom built five bedroom in Oakville asking $14.6M. The property is 11,000 square foot, one of three designs to choose from, and includes two laundry rooms, outdoor fireplace and car lift. Although nice to have a heated garage and snow melt boilers for the driveway, it's probably not necessary given the owners will likely have a snow shovelling service on demand.

40 Park Lane Circle, Bridal Path

Finally, our last house referred to as a "Versailles Palace," is asking $13.98M for the semi-renovated property being sold "as is." The agent claims the 21,000 square foot property is close to completion but looks like it still needs plenty of work.
