Big Reveal: $4,250,000 for This Stone-and-Wood Manor

And, now, the answer to last week's asking-price guessing game.

Last week we featured a midcentury-era home in the city's north end, and asked you to guess its listing price. The two-level house was built in the 1950s and has a lot of updates, including a pretty nice kitchen, but retains a lot of its original character. We gave you a choice of five possible prices, and only about 12% of you guessed right: the house, at 10 Baytree Crescent near Bayview and York Mills, is currently on the market for $4,250,000. That's a million-dollar drop from its price in March, when it was the Toronto Star's Home of the Week.
