Toronto Life's House of the Week is a three-storey brick home near Casa Loma, designed by modernist architect Ron Thom (who was also behind the design of UofT's Massey College, among other notable midcentury buildings across Canada). There are lots of large windows—practically the entire rear wall of the home is glass—but the open-concept bathroom on the third floor might give privacy fans pause. The 70s-era house sold for $2,395,000. [Toronto Life]
