And, now, the answer to last week's asking-price guessing game.
Last week we showed you this semi-detached brick home at 60 Hertle Avenue in the east end, close to Greenwood Park. The WWII-era house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it still has a few of its original features—not that they're terribly interesting, but at least they're original. It's a drab house, though, and desperately needs some brightening up (and to have that scary lean-to in the back yard pulled down). We showed you five possible prices, and asked you to choose the right one. Around a quarter of you got it right: the listing price for this place is $578,000. Thanks for playing Pricespotter!
