Well, Now: New Renderings Released for The Well

Back in January we posted about The Well, an enormous new development going in at Front Street and Spadina Avenue that'll replace the nondescript existing Globe and Mail building (the Globe's moving to King Street East). Hariri Pontarini, The Well's architects, have released some new renderings that give a better idea of the scale of the project as well as some cool details like a wavy glass canopy over the pedestrian walkway, so shoppers and residents will be sheltered from the elements but still feel like they're out in the open air.
The Well will be a fully-integrated live/work community, in the same vein as Liberty Village (although with much better public-transit options). What do you think of how the project is shaping up?
