This solid, square three-bedroom brick home, half of a semi-detached pair on a street that's lined with them, looks pretty drab both on the inside and out. Its neighbours seem to take a little pride in their appearance, with perky white fences or tidy boxwood hedges, but this home has an unattractive chain-link gate and a few tired-looking shrubs. Inside, the rooms are dingy and on the small side, but there's decent hardwood flooring throughout. The back of the house looks dismal, with just a tiny scrap of garden and some rickety-looking scaffold/trellis unit that invokes uncomfortable memories of the Blair Witch Project (easy enough to dismantle, though). The home's close to Greenwood Park, which has a great outdoor swimming pool, an off-leash dog park and a brand-new ice rink where the Leafs have been known to practice.
