Symmetry Developments have released a couple of new renderings for their Tree House condo project, a collaboration with Fortress Real Developments, Engine Developments and Winnipeg's 5468796 Architects. In the new renderings, the building design looks to have been significantly reworked; no more white cladding, and those "bar-code" vertical elements on the rooftop terraces are gone (the rich warm earth tones are still there, though). Now Tree House looks more like a three-storey stack of glass-walled cubes angling out to the street; a little reminiscent of Moshe Safdie's Habitat 67, on a smaller scale. We'll post more renderings as they're released, but in the meantime, what do you think of Tree House's new look? Take our poll.
