Check out Yelp's wordmap feature for Toronto, using the keyword "hipster"; the deep, throbbing concentrations of scarlet along Ossington and in Kensington Market won't surprise anyone, nor will the beacon of slightly-less intense red in the Junction. But who knew there were pockets of hipsterism as far east as Donlands station? There's a blush of pink near Queen and Leslie (Hitch, we're looking at you) but the Beach remains hipster-free (although if Yelp was mapping dogs and strollers, it might be a different story).
