How Much For This Classic North Toronto Home?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. We'll reveal the answer next week. And hey, no cheating!

Where/What: 4+1BR/3BA detached home near Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue
Lot Size: 27 x 105
The Skinny: Here's a house that pretty much typifies the homes found in North Toronto; big, square, solid. It won't blow anyone's mind with its cutting-edge design, but it's a classic family home of the sort that lots of Torontonians are familiar with. It has plenty of original features, like gumwood trim and leaded-glass windows. The woodburning fireplace on the main floor has pretty built-in cabinets flanking it (there's that original leaded glass again), and the maple floors on the main and second floors are new but blend in with the older wood found throughout the house. The long, skinny kitchen's been renovated and has cool quartz counters. There's a small one-bedroom basement suite that would help out with the mortgage. The house has a garage, but it doesn't have much of a back yard to speak of; that alone might be enough to make some buyers look elsewhere.

What do you think the asking price is for this solid brick classic?
