New renderings for the Pemberton Group's Ten93 Queen West midrise condo project are looking pretty cheerful. Architects RAW Design have splashed the building's façade with panels of bright colour, a contemporary contrast to the Gothic-style formality of The Great Hall, its neighbour across the street. Inside, Ten93's 134 units range from the 470 sq. ft. studio to the 1015 sq. ft. 2BR+den; prices start around $275,000. Pemberton's also offering a limited-time deal where
The suites look bright and well-laid-out (the designers seem to favour hanging-basket chairs), but Ten93's real selling points will be its location (five minutes to Trinity-Bellwoods park or the Drake) and its amenities; the party room looks a lot hipper than most, for one thing, and there's a really great-looking rooftop terrace.
Ten93 Queen West is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2016.
