And, now, the results of last week's Real Estate Deathmatch.
The battle was evenly-matched, the results were close, but when the dust cleared the winner of last week's competition was the row house in Little Portugal. A number of commenters mentioned the panelling in the library as a deciding factor; some liked it, some didn't. Most preferred Dovercourt's location, but some objected strongly to its tiny kitchen and lone bathroom and sided with Lippincott. Sorry, Annex fans; Dovercourt's the winner of this round of Real Estate Deathmatch.
