How Much For a Gloomy Fixer-Upper Near the Stockyards?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 3BR/1BA row house near the Stockyards
Lot Size: 18.00 x 127.00 feet
Parking: 2
The Skinny: Here on Curbed Toronto it's not always about the biggest mansion or the best-staged condo; once in a while it's good to see what's on the other side of the real estate tracks. Today's Pricespotter home is in a west-end neighbourhood that struggles to rise above its industrial background, with limited success. The house is a three-bedroom semi with just one bathroom, and the listing photos make it look like the previous inhabitants were just carried out in coffins. Could the sellers not have at least tried to brighten the place up a bit? To be fair, it's plain that it's not described as being in move-in condition ("Sold As Is. Fixer Upper, Needs Tlc"—ok, we get it). The house actually doesn't look that bad, once you get past the dimness and dismal staging; the floors are hardwood, and there's a detached garage and a small garden (you might not want to dig too deep, though). Even so, you still have to take into account the less-than-desirable neighbourhood. How much do you think these sellers are asking?
