How Much For This Alexandra Park Row House?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a real estate listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

Where/What: 3BR/2BA row house in Alexandra Park
Lot Size: 15 x 58 feet
The Skinny: This fully-renovated Victorian row house is on the narrow side, but the open-concept interior gives you some psychological breathing space. It's an easy walk to Kensington, Chinatown, Little Italy, etc.
The good: The place definitely has more curb appeal than its immediate neighbours, who all seem to have slapped vinyl siding over their bricks (canary yellow, in one case). Inside, all the appliances are new (some are Bosch), the electrical was redone in 2012, and there's a smart thermostat you can control remotely (as well as a security system). The kitchen's got all-new cabinetry and a granite sink, and there are French doors leading out to the (small) cedar deck.
The not-so-good: Street parking only, and that cedar deck looks small.
