Bond Condos Creating a Stir in the Entertainment District

[Photos via TheBond/Photoshopping via Curbed Toronto]

In the loud, throbbing heart of the Entertainment district, steps from Hooters, Lifetime Developments (INDX, Four Seasons) are erecting The Bond, a 40-storey, 369-unit condo tower. The suites' interiors are by Tomas Pearce, whose previous projects include the High Park and Code condos. Prices range from around $388,000 for a 640 sq. ft. studio to a whopping $3,399,900 for the 5,178 sq. ft. three-bedroom penthouse. It looks like the Bond has the usual array of amenities, including a fitness/cardio room, a yoga studio, and a landscaped terrace with BBQ. There's also what's being called the "Urban Retreat," consisting of a billiards room, an event kitchen with private dining room, and a golf simulation room with a projection screen, so you can whack around a few virtual balls, or maybe recreate the golf match from Goldfinger.
