Inside a $10 Million Auction-Bound Condo at The Four Seasons

One of the latest properties to hit the auction block is a luxury condo at the Four Seasons Private Residences. The suite at #4403, 50 Yorkville Ave. couldn't sell on MLS and now the owners will auction off the 3,422 square foot condo at the end of June. Originally listed for $10.95 million, it's the only suite in the hotel chain that is "entirely custom designed." While the amenities shared with the hotel are amazing, the maintenance fees are paying for it at $3,335/monthly. Amenities include 24-hour valet parking, indoor pool, spa and in-residence dining, to name a few. The condo has two-bedrooms, three bathrooms, two direct elevators, valet parking and a city view from the 44th floor.

Houses on auction are the new trend in Toronto with many owners trying to unleash their properties through a different type of bidding war. Recently, there's been a Mississauga mansion that went for $6.2 million and a Bridle Path mansion that couldn't sell for $23M before being auctioned off last fall. Coming up, a luxury mansion at 75 Highland Cres. near Bayview and York Mills will be on auction at the end of June, along with the Four Seasons suite. How much will either property sell for? Start the guessing.
