A strange form of public art happens this week with an installation of Mayor Rob Ford's face built from tomato sauce and tuna cans at the lobby of the TD Towers. Teams of architects, designers and engineers will vie to win the competition, the "CANstructures" will be on display all week at 66 Wellington Street.
