$23M Mansion With Signed Elton John Piano Now on Auction

[Photo via Forest Hill Real Estate]

A 13,600 square foot mansion that couldn't sell for a (holy crap!) $23.9 million is now on auction. The owners of the megamansion near Bayview and York Mills later dropped their price to $18.9 million without much interest. The ultra luxury estate looks more like a museum and is jammed packed with over-the-top features, almost too many to list. Let's try anyways. There are two indoor swimming pools (one is a plunge pool), a motorized ceiling track to hang the television, and a garage equipped with a car elevator. The living room has a signed Elton John electronic grand piano (not included with the sale), and a security system with outdoor and indoor cameras. There's a master retreat, a jetted tub under a large skylight and a 1,500 bottle wine cellar and wet bar. There are daily showings for this monster home with the auction slated for June 26, 2014. Let the bidding begin.
