Freed Developments, the developer behind Toronto's new Fashion House Condos, is trying to bring sexy back — or at least fashion back — to the King West neighbourhood. According to the condo website, this 14-storey building has "exclusive penthouse lofts to die for." A bold statement for the blood red condo with a rooftop swimming pool, a private courtyard leading to something referred to as an "urban forest" and penthouse suites with large red and white terraces. The largest suite is around 3,000 square feet with three-bedrooms and bathrooms, and a big open space for the living and dining area. The penthouse start around $800,000. Take a look.
