Details have been worth the wait with these brand new renderings of The Tree House, a 44 unit stacked townhome development on Gerrard Street, in the Birch Cliff community in Toronto's east end Upper Beaches neighbourhood. "The current design calls for single-level, two-storey and three level homes ranging from a one bedroom unit at 690 square feet to a three bedroom at 1,555 square feet." The developer who also designed other cool projects like the future Origami Lofts near Bathurst and Queen Street, say they are "hoping to reinvent the aesthetic of stacked towns." The project is always receiving rave reviews from excited Torontonians with comments like "Love the renderings, it's great to see the more modern townhouse designs that we're finally getting in Toronto" and "Brilliant. I've been hoping someone would bring 5468796 to Toronto!"
@symmetrydevelop @546arch Very cool! Love the inclusion of the rich brown.
