The Rosedale mansion on 20 Cluny Dr. can't seem to sell and now offering potential buyers a brand new bargain basement price of $8.399 million. It's not much of a discount considering the house has been on the market awhile, originally asking $8.9 million before dropping its price a couple of times. Cluny Drive is an expensive street with notable neighbourhoods including businessman Gerry Schwartz and wife Heather Reisman of Indigo Books. The power couple purchased four homes on the street and rebuilt the property at a cost of $25 million. The listed house itself is a showpiece, looking more like a museum and featuring crazy looking bathrooms (there's one with a sauna), along with a wine cellar and infinity swimming pool. The only questions remain are 1. Will the owners drop the price again and 2. Why are there bunk beds in the kids room? Is there not enough space in this massive house for their own bedrooms?
