Another megamansion in the city's north end that remains on the market, slashing their price every few months. We first saw this 12,000 square foot home at 40 Rocmary Place listed for $4.7 million. It couldn't sell and returned to the market chopping the price tag slightly to $4.5 million. The home is on the same street as Vaughan's most expensive listing; the Versailles-inspired palace asking $17.8 million but far less gaudy and ornate as that ridiculous palace. This house has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and far less crazy amenities and decor than its neighbour. Will this house ever sell or will we see another price cut?
