Massey Hall, Toronto's state-of-the-art music venue, will undergo a serious revitalization of the old building on Victoria Street but not until 2018. KPMB Architects who also designed Koerner Hall, will reinvent the 1894 building with a new six-storey expansion at the site for additional dressing and prep areas, new seating and walkways that will link the old building to the new. The architect is trying to keep the original magic and has been warned not to "screw it up." [Toronto Star]
