Skewed Housing Data

See how house prices have changed in Toronto neighbourhoods using this new data map developed by Realosophy.com. Neighbourhoods such as Yorkville and Yonge and Eglinton have seen an increase in percent change in resale prices since last year while Church and Wellesley are showing a decrease. The problem is in neighbourhoods like the Annex, average home prices might be skewed as there are many different property types available. As such, the average home price doesn't necessarily represent the actual market trend. [Globe]
