Mind-boggling 4BR in Yorkville Wants $25,000/Monthly

Rentals in the expensive Yorkville neighbourhood doesn't come cheap, especially this four-bedroom Victorian asking $25,000/monthly. For that month price, one might expect all the glitz and gold-plated extras at your finger tips but this property is relatively subdued. The house is about 5,000 square feet with a home gym, game room and six parking spots. The master bedroom includes a fireplace, walk-in closest with a spacious deck in the back. Come on, we're a little disappointed with the home decor; it's way too dull for $25,000/month. Where's the ornate sculptures and indoor saunas? On the cheaper Yorkville front, the new Cumberland Condos near Avenue Road is only going for $400,000, and that's thousand, not million. The catch? That unit is 385 square feet.
