The owners of this reno'd home at 1655 Mount Pleasant Rd. has listed the property for $879,000. It's a flat screen, light-filled home near Mt. Pleasant and Lawrence with house prices typically listed for well over a million dollars. One Curbed readers thought the house was around $900,000 (good guess) while another wrote in to say "there was no way the house was under $1 million." What was your guess?
