One of Toronto's Tiniest Homes Listed For a Wee $329K

This mini house at 229 Winnett Ave. could be one of Toronto's smallest and sweetest homes. Described by the realtor as "cute as a button with space," this cottage in the city is listed for a wee $329,000 with a 12.5 x 79.5 foot lot size. The property has one bedroom and bathroom and feels more spacious with its second floor loft and high ceilings. There's no parking but it's a cozy and more affordable condo alternative. The smallest house in Toronto is on 128 Day Ave., measuring just 2.2m wide and 14.3m long. That house is a minor celebrity, making an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and later on the real estate market for $180,000. Last year Curbed featured this loveable 210 square foot home/shack that sold for $165,000. The home originally priced at $229,000 had one bedroom and no toilet. At least the mini house on Winnett Avenue has a potty. Here's a video tour of the property.
