While it's confirmed a Walmart will not be moving into the former Kromer Radio site at Bathurst and Dundas, plans for a new retail space is still in the works. The new proposal is a space half the size on the second floor only; third and fourth floor office space and a ground floor retail space broken up into smaller units. City council is currently reviewing the documents; RioCan, the property owners, are hoping to reach a settlement before it goes to the Ontario Municipal Board on March 24. [Mike Layton]
