Residents in the St. Clair & Poplar Plains neighbourhood took to Twitter to discuss their frustration with a proposed 13-storey mixed-use development at 213 St. Clair West. The discussion led by City Councillor Josh Matlow, tweeted that the developer and city couldn't come to an agreement and the project is now heading to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB).

The building which calls for rezoning was designed with 164 residential units, four levels of parking and 170 vehicle spaces. According to City of Toronto city documents:
