What $900K Can Buy You Around Toronto

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can buy or rent for a set dollar amount in various Toronto neighbourhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out! Today's price: $900,000.

Yonge and Eglinton: Here's a three-bedroom townhouse at 363A Roehampton Ave. asking $914,900. It's a three-level home with three bathrooms and approx. 1,800 square feet of space. Like most townhouses, there's a lot of stairs, and also a rooftop patio and one car parking. Monthly maintenance fees are $461. Good deal for the neighbourhood?

Bayview Avenue: In this pricey neighbourhood, a small two-bedroom bungalow comes to market for $919,000. It's renovated and cute but someone is bound to knock it down and build a monster house.

Bathurst and Lawrence: A three-bedroom house at Bathurst and Lawrence will cost you $999,000. The catch? It's another knock-down potential for a million dollars.

Dundas West : Located near Dundas West and Islington, this four-bedroom house has a wide lot size and more than 3,000 square feet of space. The house is going for $998,000.

Lake Shore West: This one is a one plus den in the former Tip Top Lofts near the waterfront asking $995,000. This unit is large at 3,000 square feet with two bathrooms and two car parking. It's a unique space if you like the industrial look. Monthly fees will cost you $1,404.
