Big Reveal: 2BR Keg Mansion Townhouse Wants $574,900

And, now, the answer to this week's asking-price guessing game. Drum roll please.

Yesterday, we showed you this 2BR/2BA townhouse near Church and Wellesley and asked you to guess the price. The 1,500 square foot property at 6 Wellesley Pl. is asking $574,900 for its three-storey unit. The annual property taxes are $3,451. It's debatably both a good and bad location with cheaper priced homes and rough pockets but close to public transit and of course, the Keg Mansion restaurant. It's also near Toronto's gay village, a fun neighbourhood filled with bars and summer festivals like Pride (a favourite event of Mayor Rob Ford's). In any case, is the townhouse worth the asking price?
