blogTO has a gallery of photos taken around town on Sunday morning, showing the jubilation that hit the streets when Canada's mens' Olympic hockey team won the gold medal in Sochi. The early bar-opening hours could have meant drunken chaos, but it turned out Toronto's hockey fans were joyous and raucous but ultimately non-riotous. It probably had something to do with the game wrapping up at around 9:30AM—it's hard to get all worked up when what you really want is a bacon sandwich and a nap. [blogTO]
