Yesterday, we showed you this two-bedroom bungalow in East York and asked you to guess the asking price. A few of you guessed the house was around $450,000 while one tweeter "wouldn't pay more than $250,000 for the property." It seems the tiny bungalow at 674 Mortimer Ave. is the latest member to join Curbed's Under $500K Club. The sellers are asking $389,900, a drop from their original listing price of $424,900 back in the fall. The house has knock-down potential with a lot size of 21 x 101 feet and room to extend the property. Given the neighbourhood and house size, do you think the owners will get their asking price?
