A 5,000 square foot mansion in the Forest Hill neighbourhood that didn't sell for $25 million, is trying again listed at $18 million. The home, owned by Canadian businessman Peter Munk, founder of the mining company Barrick Gold, the world's largest gold-mining corporation, has been on the market for awhile, giving the Versailles de Vaughan mansion some serious ornate decor competition. It's difficult to imagine Mr. Munk sleeping in that canopy bed or relaxing in the flowered master bathroom. The home has six bathrooms and all of them seem to be flowery, decorated with a feminine touch. There is a few man caves on the property like the elaborate fitness studio, tennis court and indoor swimming pool. The grounds on the property are quite exquisite with a pond, manicured lawns and canopy. Will this house ever sell or will we see another price drop?
