The Bridle Path features many exclusive and modern mansions within Toronto's most elite neighbourhood. While the property at 20 High Park Rd., is spilling over with sculptures, tennis courts and swimming pools, is the dated property really worth $9.68 million? The property, situated on a two acre lot, has five-bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, parking for nine cars and an interior just begging for a renovation. While the back sitting room has definite 1970s charm, the dated kitchen, fixtures, carpeted hallways and marbled bathrooms could use an upgrade for the nearly $10 million dollar asking price. On the plus side, the basement features a dynamite rock and roll studio, equipped with disco ball and retro dance floor. Lately, the owners of mega mansions have turned to the auction block when listings just won't sell. A mansion in Mississauga that couldn't sell for $11 million is going on auction at the end of the month and another partially completed Bridle Path estate asking $23 million eventually sold for $13.98 million. The Mississauga realtor is now receiving unwanted press for allegedly photoshopping his listing photos.
