Still topping our list for the number one expensive hotel suite in downtown Toronto is the Trump Hotel asking a mind-boggling $20K/night and coming in second is the Shangri-La on University for $10K/night. If you're looking for a cheaper room, the Cosmopolitan Hotel's designer penthouse near Church Street is only asking $3,500/night. The hotel owned by Skyline Hotel & Resorts also owns the Pantages Hotel on Victoria Street, and features an in-house spa and 65 suites.

What do you get for $3,500/night?
Located on the 27th floor, Cosmo's 1,450 square foot designer penthouse, is the "ultimate overnight experience," according to a hotel rep. The two-bedroom suite with two spa-inspired full bathrooms has a wrap-around balcony with lake views, Floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Some extras include a couple LCD flat screen TVs, free wifi and the additional comfort of "400-thread-count Egyptian-cotton linens." Bonus! · Sweet Suites Archives [Curbed Toronto]
