Fallingbrook Stunner Swoops Onto The Market For $2.4M

If you haven't taken the drive to the Scarborough Bluffs yet, you're missing out on a neighbourhood filled with classic, beautiful 100 year old homes overlooking Lake Ontario. The 5,000 square foot house in the Fallingbrook neighbourhood sits in an area of winding streets near the bluffs. The owners are asking $2.399 million for the four-bedroom, four bathroom home with a spacious property size of 50 feet x 240 feet. The master bedroom includes a walkout with lake view and the ensuite bathroom has a cozy fireplace. The neighbourhood made the Globe & Mail's list for prime real estate pockets in 2013. Fallingbrook made the list for its architectural homes, picturesque waterfront views and the area feels like an extension of Toronto's Beach neighbourhood. Other prime Toronto neighbourhoods making the cut include Lansing, Dufferin Grove, Leslieville, Allenby and Republic of Rathnelly (near Avenue Road and Dupont).
