We're not sure the story behind the house (the selling agent didn't respond to our emails), but it seems that the owners decided to sell the house mid-construction. The price has been lowered several times, starting at $15 million, then $8 million, then lowered to $7 million. The listing notes that the "finishes described are the builders vision and not necessarily included." A partially-built fixer-upper for only $6 million dollars. What a deal!
