Waterfront Toronto's Christopher Glaisek compares the redevelopment of Queens Quay and the city's waterfront streets to doing open heart surgery. Glaisek says "that you have to keep the patient alive like you have to keep the buildings powered up, you have to keep traffic moving and you're rebuilding at the same time."
