Yesterday we showed you this 1+1 bedroom row house in Little India, and asked you to guess the asking price. The neighbourhood was pretty down-at-heel for a few years but is on its way up, with new businesses moving in and some dedicated effort on the part of existing store and restaurant owners to spruce up the area. The house itself is small, but it's on a huge lot with potential for some amazing gardening and patio hangouts. One reader guessed $325K, which was pretty close; the house was listed for $329,900 and sold for $349,500—106% of asking.
