There are no shortage of luxury cribs in the Bridle Path neighbourhood. This ridiculously awesome five-bedroom, 10 bathroom house is no exception listed at $13.980 million. With 18,000 square feet of space, there's plenty of room for all the extras one might expect for a Bridle Path mansion and this house delivers. Built by TAS DesignBuild, the house features a full basketball court, ping pong room, sauna, tennis court and a ridiculously awesome indoor pool and hot tub where one could easily hibernate for the winter. Owned by entrepreneur and real estate agent, Binod Singh, the mansion has been featured on MTV's Teen Cribs, and used for movie shoots and several Toronto International Festival (TIFF) celebrity soirees. This Pontiac car commercial was filmed at the house as well as movie shoots like Bruce Willis' Red and Runway with Donnie Wahlberg. Selling a Bridle Path estate does have its woes. This house has been on and off the market for years with its highest price at $16 million and later dropping to $10.8 million. The home was featured in Toronto Life in 2010 for $12.9 million. Will it ever sell? We might need to shake Curbed's Magic Ball for the answer.
