Hint: The Building at the Corner Remains After 100 Years

Welcome to Cornerspotter, Curbed's guessing game in which you try to identify the location and/or identity of a particular building or streetscape in a historic photograph. Impress us and your fellow Curbed readers with your uncanny insight into Toronto and its past!

Almost 100 years later, this corner can still be recognized for some of the buildings that still remain and since turned into smaller retail stores. The area is known for its good restaurants, outdoor patios, independent shops and lively festivals. The corner is on the subway line and close to the highway. Time to guess! Where is this corner?
