The agent points out the newly renovated interior for this three bedroom, two bathroom house near Dundas Street and Manning Avenue but we can't stop staring at the hanging light fixture above the dining room table. The rope light posing as a chandelier seems like a custom fixture that's not suitable for children. The sellers are asking $699,000 for the 13.5 x 60 foot property at 290 Manning Avenue. The house has street parking only which is difficult especially during the winter months when heavy snowfall makes it nearly impossible to move your car.

Recently, there's been a lot of new developments in the area including the Trinity Bellwoods town homes and the future 7-storey NERO Condos at the corner. The neighbourhood has become a celebrity hangout, especially during Toronto's International Film Festival when actress Jennifer Aniston amongst others were spotted dining at Hudson Kitchen on Dundas West.
