This two-bedroom penthouse condo at 2545 Bloor West can only be described as a series of rooms. The 1,800 square foot unit listed for $699,900 has the "wild life" living room equipped with bird statues and a full-size rocking horse. There's the "book and mirror" room, one side of the room is a wall of books; the other side is mirror. The sunroom which is attached to the bedroom has a fireplace and more book shelves with a connecting sliding glass door. There's the blue bathroom with blue titled shower and the stark white bathroom. Interestingly, the low-rise building was inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, although we don't really see it. Perhaps the Lloyd Wright feature is the waterfall in the front of the building but clearly the interior is not similar to his architecture. There's also a video if you want a closer look at the rooms or the rocking horse. In any case, the two-bedroom penthouse near High Park has a monthly maintenance fee of $939.77.
