This 1860s Victorian row house near Church and Wellesley Street was originally listed for $1,189,900 million before dropping its price after three months to $1,149,000 million. The price reduction seemed to help, the property at 61 Gloucester St., sold for $1,099,000 million. The three bedroom house was renovated in 2008 with the master bedroom and ensuite designed by HGTV's The Designer Guys. The house features plenty of white walls, a bold red kitchen and a surprising backyard fireplace. Although the agent claims this was the sellers "dream house," they listed the property after only two years. Back then, the asking price was $995,000.
