Following the announcement that the Mirvish Block including Honest Ed's has been sold to Vancouver developer, Westbank Corporation, retailers on Markham Street say they have yet to receive communication from David Mirvish confirming the sale. One store owner who is on a year-to-year lease, said that past communication from Mirvish indicated there will be a three-year transition period for retailers. [Curbed Toronto]
