The only thing missing from this one bedroom plus den located in the Arc Condominium at Bayview and Sheppard Avenue, are a few lifeboats and a smokestack. Designed by Kirkor Architects, the condo listed for $379,900 was built to resemble an arc but actually looks more like a giant cruise ship sailing along Bayview. Once voted by BlogTO readers as "one of Toronto's ugliest condos," the 700 square foot unit at 2885 Bayview Ave. looks better on the inside and tries to maximize space with an open concept layout. The building is adjacent to the upscale Bayview Village Shopping Centre including a Loblaws and Pusateri's; and a quick drive to Highway 401. It's probably not the condo for you if you've seen Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, more than once.
