This week's On the Market house is a one bedroom listed for $349,000 in the Victoria Lofts building, a church loft conversion and recent winner of the 2013 Heritage Toronto Awards. The Victoria Loft project on 152 Annette St. in the Junction was converted from the 1890 Victoria-Royce Presbyterian Church, and designed by architecture firm Paul Oberst Architect. The loft is 600 square feet with one bathroom, 12 foot ceilings and a monthly maintenance fee of $315. The architects kept some of the original character of the church including stain glass windows and the original bell tower. A 2,500 square foot penthouse suite in the loft's bell tower was listed for $1.6 million last year.
