Bungalow on The Verge of Collapse Asking $849K

This next listing, a bungalow at 682 Oriole Parkway near Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue, is a bit of a puzzler. The property listed for $849,000 is being sold "as-is where-is" with potential for a knock down on this 25x187 square foot lot. Unfortunately for buyers, there are no interior showings of the house and appointments are for walking the lot only. As you can see from the Google street view photo, the bungalow although hidden behind trees, is located on a pricey residential street between two renovated detached houses. According to city records, there has been two complaints filed about the house in the past two years including complaints about the unstable foundation and bowing on the north side of the home. We tried to get more intel on this property but the listing agent never responded to our email, and we fear she may be trapped inside the house.
